Multi-location service
One request for every store you run
About 1,000 restaurant locations across 10 states and Washington DC are on our schedule. If you operate several stores, one request starts the conversation for all of them.
How it works
How a multi-location request works
Send one request
Give one primary service address and tell us how many locations you operate. You do not need to list every store on the form.
The office collects the rest
During follow-up, the office gathers your remaining locations and confirms pricing and scope.
Service is set store by store
Each location is cleaned overnight, after it closes. The office confirms scheduling with you.
Before you send it
What to have ready
- A list of your locations with full street addresses
- Hood and oven counts for each store, if you have them
- Roughly when each location was last cleaned
- Any schedule your insurer, franchise, or local fire code has given you
- How crews will get in after closing at each store
- One main contact for scheduling questions
Full addresses matter most
A full service address for each location is the most useful thing you can give us. The office cannot confirm coverage or scheduling for a store without it.
Pizza operators
Experience with pizza franchise kitchens
Pizza franchise kitchens are our typical customer. We work with operators who run a few stores, operators who run many, and independent restaurants.
Recurring cleaning for each location, every
Which schedule applies to a location depends on the kitchen and what the local fire code requires. Tell us what your insurer or franchise requires and the office will set it up with you.
Questions
Multiple locations
Do I need to list every location on the form?
No. Give one primary service address and the number of locations. The office collects the remaining locations during follow-up.
Do you serve locations in more than one state?
Yes. We serve restaurant locations across 10 states and Washington DC. Coverage depends on where each location is, so the office confirms it for each address.
Who do I talk to about all of my stores?
The office. One phone number and one email address handle requests and scheduling questions for every location.
Do you work with single-location restaurants?
Yes. Independent restaurants and single stores are welcome.
