Optional add-on

Coil preventative maintenance

Coil cleaning for your refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, done on the same visit as your hood cleaning. It is an extra, not part of a standard cleaning.

  • Covers condensers and AC units, walk-ins, sauce fridges, and make-line refrigeration
  • Done on the same overnight visit as your hood cleaning
  • Coils cleaned with a commercial-grade chemical made for coil cleaning
  • Preventative by design: the aim is to deal with buildup before it turns into a serious problem
  • If a unit looks damaged or may need repair, we let you know

Tick the coil add-on in your request and the office will confirm what it covers for your equipment.

Why it is recurring work

The grease you can’t see is the fuel.

Every shift sends grease past the filters: into the plenum, up the duct, and onto the roof fan. You don’t see it build up. That buildup is a fire hazard, which is why fire codes, insurers, and franchise standards call for cleaning on a schedule.

Which schedule applies depends on your kitchen and what your local fire code requires. If your insurer or franchise has given you a schedule, include it in your request.

Questions operators ask

Before you call

Straight answers about scope, night work, coverage, multiple locations, and how a request gets confirmed.

Will the cleaning shut down my kitchen?

Crews work overnight, after your restaurant closes, so the cleaning does not take up your operating hours.

What exactly gets cleaned?

For the exhaust system: the hood, grease filters, plenum, accessible ductwork, and the rooftop exhaust fan, cleaned down to bare metal. We also clean pizza ovens. Ductwork is cleaned wherever it can be reached; a section with no access point cannot be cleaned until access exists.

What is the coil preventative maintenance add-on?

It is an optional extra, not part of a standard cleaning, done on the same visit as your hood cleaning. We clean the coils on your condensers and AC units, walk-ins, sauce fridges, and make-line refrigeration with a commercial-grade chemical made for coil cleaning. The aim is preventative: dealing with buildup before it turns into a serious problem. If a unit looks damaged or may need repair, we let you know. Ask for it in your request and the office will confirm the scope.

How often do I need it?

Recurring cleaning is set up every 3, 6, or 12 months. Which one applies depends on your kitchen and what your local fire code requires. If your insurer or franchise has given you a schedule, include it in your request.

Can you cover all of my locations?

We serve about 1,000 restaurant locations across 10 states and Washington DC. Send one request with your primary address and the number of locations, and the office will collect the rest during follow-up. Coverage depends on where each location is, so the office confirms it.

How do I get a price?

The office confirms pricing after reviewing your details. It helps to include how many hoods and ovens you have, roughly when the system was last cleaned, the service address, and how many locations you operate.

Does sending a request book a date?

No. A request asks our office to contact you. The office confirms pricing, scope, and scheduling with you directly.

What do new customers need to arrange?

Because crews work after closing, new customers arrange keys or other after-hours access in advance. A deposit is required before a first cleaning. The office will go over both with you.

Do you only work with pizza restaurants?

Pizza kitchens are the core of our work, including franchise locations and operators with multiple stores. Independent restaurants are welcome too.
