What we do
Total Restaurant Care cleans commercial kitchen exhaust systems and ovens: hoods, grease filters, plenums, accessible ductwork, exhaust fans, and pizza ovens.
Pizza kitchens are our specialty, including franchise locations and operators with multiple stores. Independent restaurants are welcome.
We serve about 1,000 restaurant locations across ten states and Washington DC.
How we work
Our crews work overnight, after restaurants close. The office is open 7 AM–4 PM and handles requests, pricing, and scheduling.
Every request is confirmed by the office. We do not publish prices or book dates online, because each kitchen is different: the number of hoods and ovens, when the system was last cleaned, and where the location is all matter.
